Can you believe it's already April? We had some busy meetings this month! Our topic was "Positioning in a Carrier: Newborn and Beyond". We reviewed the proper positioning in each type of carrier for newborns and the importance of them being close enough to kiss, visible and with an open airway. These beautiful cards that Babywearing International created will help you get a good visual for what proper positioning looks like for newborns and toddlers alike in each type of carrier.
We also received some wonderful new carriers for our lending library! We have two new wrap conversion ring slings from Lil Peepers Keepers. One has a gathered shoulder and one is pleated. The colors are beautiful and these ring slings are already well loved in our library. We received a wonderful box of goodies from Babywearing International and Ergobaby... 3 new carriers donated for our library! They are an Ergo Ventus, Ergo Performance, and Ergo 360. What a generous and awesome donation. Thank you Ergobaby and BWI!!
